Business Development Manager Opportunity in Sydney

Vendito, a national design & construct building company, is seeking a self-driven and result-oriented Business Development Manager to join its team in Sydney.

This role offers the chance to be part of a unique company that combines planning, design, manufacturing, project management & construction to deliver end-to-end solutions for clients across various sectors, including Workplace, Retail, Hospitality & Health based Fitouts.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a talented business development team to secure new business and develop new relationships within key market segments.

About the Role
  • Drive sales growth by hitting key metrics within monthly and annual budgets.
  • Stay up-to-date with current market trends to identify new opportunities and engage prospects.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills to cold call and secure meetings with potential clients.
  • Utilize CRM software to maintain records of all interactions.
Your Background
  • Previous experience in a Business Development Manager position, preferably within the Construction or Supply Industry.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit who can drive results and exceed sales targets.
  • Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, consultative sales, and active listening skills.
  • Valid Australian Driver's License.
  • Ability to travel when required.

Estimated Salary: $180,000 - $360,000 per annum
