Healthcare Professional Opportunity

The focus on individual needs drives the organisation, a respected leader in aged care.

We are seeking a motivated healthcare professional to provide holistic care and support to clients. This role involves working closely with them to assess and plan their care needs.

As a healthcare professional in this role, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance to our team, showcasing leadership skills, and enhancing the lives of our clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting assessments and developing care plans aligned with clients' identified needs.
  • Providing oversight on care needs and collaborating with staff, health, and service providers as necessary.
  • Offering specialist guidance to our team and demonstrating leadership abilities.

This community-based role offers flexibility in work-life balance, allowing you to make a genuine difference in people's lives.

Requirements:

  • Holding current registration as a Registered Nurse or equivalent qualification.
  • Able to seek out and utilise new knowledge related to healthcare practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in clinical assessment and care planning.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the ageing process and clinical knowledge.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage workloads according to clients' needs.
  • High level communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively and cooperatively in a team.
  • Excellent computer literacy skills including Microsoft Office.
