About Us

We are seeking a highly motivated Registered Nurse to join our team. This role involves providing holistic care and support to clients, undertaking assessment and care planning in line with their identified needs.

As a Registered Nurse, you will possess the following key skills:

  • Clinical Expertise: Current registration as a Registered Nurse, demonstrated experience in clinical assessment and care planning, and an understanding of the ageing process with comprehensive clinical knowledge.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to guide and support healthcare workers and enrolled nurses, prioritise and manage workloads according to clients' needs, and communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Traits: High level communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, ability to work effectively and cooperatively in a team, and excellent computer literacy skills including Microsoft Office.
