Main Responsibilities
  • Work closely with treatment teams to develop rehabilitation plans that meet individual needs.
  • Provide expert opinions through report writing, justifying clinical decisions.
  • Conduct regular workplace assessments to understand job demands and support safe return to work.
  • Educate workplaces on injury management and prevention strategies.
  • Foster strong relationships with health professionals, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders.
Key Requirements
  • AHPRA or ESSA registration is mandatory.
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy is essential.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are necessary.
