Occupational Rehabilitation Psychologist Role

We are seeking passionate and driven professionals to join our expanding QLD team as Occupational Rehabilitation Psychologists. This role can be based in Gold Coast/Brisbane/Sunshine Coast.

  • This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have a desire to work in occupational rehabilitation and possess the necessary skills and qualifications.
The Role
  • Assist with injured persons' recovery, return to work and life following injury or illness.
  • Conduct a range of assessment and case management services across various customer portfolios.
  • Support people to recover and return to their pre-injury or new employment using your clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Interact and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.
Requirements
  • Psychologist (with relevant professional membership).
  • Desire to work in occupational rehabilitation.
  • Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude and positive approach.
  • Genuine commitment to continuous improvement.
