Job Title: Creative Services Manager
About the RoleThis role is responsible for supporting creative teams, scheduling resources and forecasting long-term resource needs.
- Supporting creative to schedule short-term and forecast long-term resource within the region.
- Working closely with studios to support workload across the group.
- Sourcing and providing skilled freelance resource when required to facilitate the schedule.
- Advance planning based on forecasts and timelines.
- Maintaining an up-to-date database of resource.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Tracking and informing project planning meetings.
- Assisting development of project management plans.
- Enabling effective planning meetings.
- Monitoring timeline management.
- Summarizing project status for stakeholders.
- Instigating asset checks at the right stage.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Solid design/creative agency experience in a Creative Services/Creative Resourcing role.
- Outstanding project management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work in a proactive, fast-paced environment and be flexible and responsive.
- Strong relationship-building skills - internally and externally.
