About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our team at West Recruitment Pty Ltd. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting multiple business units across the business nationally.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and manage the annual budgeting process, including monthly forecasting and analysis.
  2. Lead planning activities and strategic initiatives to drive business growth and improvement.
  3. Review financial reporting and provide analytical insights to identify areas of opportunity or potential risk.
  4. Create models to analyze sales performance, trends, margin, and overheads, as well as operational KPIs.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders throughout the business.
About You
  1. You will hold a professional accounting qualification and have 3-5 years of experience in a similar Management Accounting role.
  2. You will possess excellent business partnering and communication skills, as well as strong technical accounting skills.
  3. You will have experience with MS Excel and large ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP.
  4. You will come from a commercial industry background, such as FMCG, Retail, consumer products, or manufacturing.
