Job Title: Home Care Traineeship

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in the Sydney Central and Eastern area. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional care and support to people in need. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for assisting clients with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks. You will also provide emotional support and companionship to clients, helping them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and household tasks
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Work collaboratively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment
Requirements:
  • Certificate I - IV in Aged Care/Disability Support
  • First Aid/CPR certification
  • COVID-19 vaccine certificate
  • Driver's license and car
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
