Compliance Specialist

The role of a Compliance Specialist involves ensuring that our organisation adheres to regulatory requirements across various departments.

A key responsibility is supporting Distribution and Fulfilment Centres teams in maintaining compliance with CSO regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation of audit documentation for submission to the CSO Agency.
  • Maintain relationships with the National Ethicals Team, CSO Agency, and other relevant regulatory bodies.
  • Manage DC ranging processes to ensure compliance with CSO requirements.
  • Implement Cold Chain Compliance across the Supply Chain Network.
  • Monitor Expiry stock projections and report to the Wholesale and Retail Team.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits, providing support and serving as the point of contact for auditors and distribution teams.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in FMCG Supply Chain, preferably in pharmaceutical or retail environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis, MS Word, Excel, SAP, and Manhattan (WMS).
  • Experience in Warehousing, logistics/Supply Chain with knowledge of industry-specific regulations.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements relative to the pharmaceutical industry and product ranging processes.
  • Ability to prioritise and mitigate issues impacting service, safety, culture, or cost.
  • Available for interstate travel at short notice to support Audits or Continuous Improvement activities.
  • Tertiary degree qualification in Logistics/Supply Chain/Business/Commercial disciplines preferred.
