Compliance Leader

We are seeking a seasoned compliance professional to join our Risk and Compliance function. This pivotal role will support the Head of Compliance in navigating the regulatory landscape and driving positive, compliant outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee incident management processes, conduct breach assessments, and collaborate with stakeholders to track and advise on investigation and remediation efforts.
  • Support the maintenance of compliance frameworks, including obligations libraries and business unit plans.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to identify and implement regulatory changes.
  • Conduct due diligence reviews of externally facing documents.
  • Provide specialized compliance advice and guidance to stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute conflicts of interest plans for senior leaders.
  • Built strong relationships with key stakeholders and collaborate with the compliance function.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in a compliance or legal function within the financial services industry, preferably in superannuation.
  • Strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance practices in a regulated environment.
  • Tertiary qualifications in law or business-related fields (preferred).
