Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled professional to take on the role of Operations Interface Manager. As part of our Operations and Passenger Delivery Team, you will be responsible for ensuring that project and business objectives are aligned during various project lifecycles.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing Process Proving activities and chairing the Process Proving Working Group.
  • Maintaining accurate dashboards and reporting across programme streams for stakeholders.
  • Acting as second in command to the Head of Operational Readiness and deputising as required.
