Job Title: Transport Solutions Leader

Overview: A leadership role is available within a national team overseeing the implementation of transport management systems across Australia and New Zealand.

Responsibilities: The successful candidate will lead a team of analysts, support their development, and deliver transport solutions that improve visibility, integration, and performance across the network. They will manage complex implementations end-to-end, collaborate with stakeholders to align system configurations, recommend and validate transport functionality, participate in client workshops, identify and implement system improvements, provide training, and maintain documentation of processes.

  • Lead and mentor a team of analysts to deliver transport solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Manage the implementation of transport management systems across multiple sites.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to align system configurations with operational requirements.
  • Recommend and validate transport system functionality as part of solution design.
  • Participate in client integration workshops to support message testing and issue resolution.
  • Identify and implement system improvements that drive operational efficiency.
  • Provide training and change support to operational teams and customer interfaces.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Solid experience in a transport management system super-user or delivery role.
  • Proven success delivering system-based solutions within a logistics environment.
  • Experience with integration, mobility platforms, and transport fundamentals.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • A willingness to work flexibly to meet project and customer requirements.
