We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality mechanical design solutions across various project portfolios.

The role involves leading a Mechanical project design team, engineers and draftspersons to carry out multiple projects. Responsibilities include detail design of all mechanical systems and sub-systems, support tender processes, provide basic estimate support, procurement of materials and equipment, customer, contractor and supplier liaison, and provide support to testing and commissioning activities.

To succeed in this role, you will require a degree qualification in mechanical engineering or mechatronic engineering, along with Senior/Principal level of mechanical engineering experience and CPEng certification.

Mid to Senior level 5+ yrs experience in industrial, heavy industry, power generation or similar fields is preferred, as well as natural initiative and problem solving abilities, Microsoft Office, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

A drivers license is also required, and international applicants must hold work rights for Australia.
