Our team is seeking an experienced talent acquisition professional to join our collaborative HR department based at our Adelaide office. This permanent full-time position plays a key role in driving the end-to-end recruitment process across our Australian and New Zealand operations, ensuring we attract and retain the right talent for our evolving business.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate recruitment activities across multiple business units, ensuring a consistent and high-quality candidate experience.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify, attract, and engage top talent.
  • Prepare and distribute employment contracts and other key documentation.
  • Support the development and implementation of attraction and retention strategies.
  • Lead the creation and continuous improvement of recruitment tools and processes.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and organisational charts.
  • Contribute to the coordination and delivery of seasonal (harvest) recruitment campaigns.
  • Provide administrative and systems support to recruitment and onboarding activities.
  • Monitor recruitment trends and support the development of employer branding initiatives.

Requirements:
  1. 4+ years' experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably in a fast-paced, complex environment.
  2. Demonstrated success in sourcing and building pipelines of talent across a range of disciplines.
  3. Proven ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies and process improvements.
  4. Strong relationship management skills and ability to partner with diverse stakeholders.
  5. Tech-savvy with sound knowledge of recruitment platforms and Microsoft Office.
  6. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  7. A collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.
  8. Experience supporting high-volume and seasonal recruitment is desirable.
