Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic partnerships with stakeholders to understand workforce needs and identify key skills gaps

  • Utilise various platforms to conduct candidate searches and build merit pools for key agency skills
  • Support senior team members in delivering executive recruitment services, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment services, including system enhancements and knowledge sharing
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience providing exceptional client service, preferably in a human resources environment
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders
  • Accurate and timely process advice, with the ability to manage complex enquiries
  • Proactive work management and task ownership, with a focus on results-driven delivery
  • Experience working with recruitment technology systems, including troubleshooting and system enhancements
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, AHRI accreditation, or equivalent recruitment experience
