We are seeking a skilled Strata Manager to join ACRWORLD in a role that offers career advancement opportunities and a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a tailored portfolio of Strata schemes
  • Promptly respond to and resolve inquiries and complaints from owners and stakeholders
  • Liaise with Owners Corporation as required to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Prepare agendas and minutes for meetings, ensuring all relevant details are captured and communicated effectively
  • Issue notices, troubleshoot issues, and resolve disputes in a fair and timely manner
  • Chair Annual General Meetings (AGMs) to facilitate informed decision-making

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a licensed Strata Manager
  • Excellent customer service skills to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Holding a valid Strata Management licence is essential for this role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex information and negotiate resolutions
  • Ability to multitask, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands efficiently
