Are you a licensed Strata Manager looking for a new challenge? ACRWORLD is seeking an experienced Portfolio Management Specialist to manage a smaller portfolio in a supportive and dynamic environment.

The Role:

  • Manage a tailored portfolio of strata schemes, providing exceptional customer service and support to owners
  • Promptly address inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolutions and maintaining strong relationships with Owners Corporation
  • Liaise with the Owners Corporation as required, providing clear communication and guidance
  • Prepare agendas and minutes for meetings, ensuring accurate records and transparency
  • Issue notices, resolve problems, and facilitate dispute resolution in a fair and professional manner
  • Chair AGM meetings, leading discussions and ensuring smooth decision-making processes

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Strata Manager, with a proven track record of delivering excellent results
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and maintain a positive reputation
  • A current licence in Strata Management, demonstrating expertise and commitment to industry standards
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
