As a Strata Community Manager with Elevate Recruitment, you will oversee the day-to-day operations and management of residential and commercial blocks under relevant community title and strata legislation.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain your own portfolio while providing exceptional customer experience.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) as agreed with Regional Managers.
  • Provide expert technical advice on difficult strata issues and operate in compliance with all legislative requirements.
  • Prepare for and conduct Annual General Meetings, General Meetings, Special General Meetings, and Committee Meetings.
  • Action or ensure action is taken to address all correspondence from owners, tenants, and contractors.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to drive potential new business through effective client retention and relationship building.

The Ideal Candidate:

We are seeking an experienced Strata Manager with a good understanding of applicable strata legislation and related regulations. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
