We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Strata Manager to join our expanding team. This is an office that provides plenty of support and structure, with opportunities for professional development and career advancement.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading strata management company in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. As a Strata Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of strata properties, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.

  • Coordinate and manage maintenance and repair activities to ensure timely and efficient completion.
  • Serve as a primary liaison between Owners Corporations, property owners, and contractors.

You will have strong organizational and time management abilities, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A Class 2 Strata Management license or higher is required, along with demonstrated experience in strata management.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Oversee a portfolio of strata properties, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Serve as a primary liaison between Owners Corporations, property owners, and contractors.
  • Coordinate and manage maintenance and repair activities to ensure timely and efficient completion.
  • Handle financial management tasks, including budgeting, levies, and arrears.
  • Prepare for and attend meetings, including Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and committee meetings.
  • Address and resolve strata-related issues and disputes promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all strata activities.

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
