Strata Portfolio Manager

Established in over 30 years ago, our client is a reputable independent Strata Management company boasting an impressive track-record of success with 90%+ schemes remaining with the business for over 15 years.
Based on their strong reputation and autonomous work environment, this Strata Portfolio Manager role offers a unique opportunity to lead a small portfolio of 45 buildings located mainly in the East Sydney region.
The ideal candidate will possess a demonstrated ability to autonomously manage a strata portfolio, backed by relevant industry certifications and experience.
The successful applicant will enjoy a competitive salary package of $100,000 + super plus bonuses, ranging from 35% to 40% of annual earnings. Additionally, the company provides easy parking and access to effective systems like StrataMaster and FileSmart.
This is a hybrid role that requires 2 days of work-from-home flexibility, allowing for a great balance between work and personal life. Fridays finish at 4:30 pm, providing ample time for relaxation and personal activities.
Operating Monday to Thursday, with a built-in Christmas shutdown from December 23rd to January 13th, this position presents a great chance to unwind and recharge during the holiday season.
A key aspect of this role is building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, while ensuring compliance and adherence to By-laws. The successful candidate will be skilled in drafting agendas, arranging quotes, issuing notices, and resolving disputes in a professional and respectful manner.
