About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Strata Portfolio Manager to join our team. As a key member of our strata management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of approximately 45 small buildings located in the Eastern suburbs of Sydney.

Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional client service, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving business growth through effective stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of circa 45 small buildings / approx 500 lots (mainly in the East)
  • Liaise with owners / stakeholders to ensure excellent client service
  • Draft agendas, action minutes, arrange and approve quotes
  • Oversee compliance and By-law adherence
  • Issue notices, problem solve & dispute resolution
  • Chair meetings and action items
Requirements
  • A demonstrated ability to autonomously manage a strata portfolio
  • A current Strata Certificate / License
  • Reliable motor vehicle and drivers license
