Job Title: Account Manager

Role Overview

This role oversees an assigned portfolio of accounts, ensuring retention and supporting new business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain advanced industry knowledge and expertise.
  • Direct daily activities of the account management team to ensure efficient operations.
  • Manage customer service requests, policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis to deliver exceptional results.
  • Coordinate policy expirations and renewals, and negotiate coverages and proposals with clients.
  • Monitor reports and take prompt action on delinquent accounts, collecting outstanding balances to minimize losses.
  • Maintain accuracy and completeness in agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks and maintain transparent communication with the account team regarding workload status and any issues.
  • Deliver top-notch service, anticipate needs, and respond quickly to service requests to exceed client expectations.
  • Stay updated on company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Continuously seek and adopt new methods to improve individual and team performance.
  • Exemplify integrity and leadership skills in all interactions.
