Job Title: Business Applications Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the management and enhancement of a portfolio of business and technical applications.

  • Manage external support providers for stable, compliant, and high-quality service delivery aligned with SLAs.
  • Translate business requirements into cost-effective technical solutions within Dynamics 365 CRM Sales.
  • Oversee business applications, focusing on Dynamics 365 CRM Sales and related systems, monitor performance and resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain control over budgets for minor enhancements and manage support operations.
  • Monitor and report on support services and performance, provide guidance to vendors and collaborate across teams.
  • Coordinate with IT and business units on initiatives affecting application performance or service delivery.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong customer focus and understanding of business needs and processes.
  • A collaborative and proactive approach, with the ability to work effectively in dynamic environments.
  • Experience working with external vendors and managing complex IT solutions is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, ITIL, and Azure certifications is a plus.
  • Experience in Dynamics 365 CRM Sales implementation and support.
  • Tertiary education in Information Technology (bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Demonstrable years of experience in application support and implementation, preferably in a global organisation.
