Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage a multi-product portfolio of customer relationships to retain and develop existing and new customer relationships.
  • Support Corporate and Institutional clients with their working capital finance and international trade needs.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction through relationship management via a planned visitation program, proactive calling and identifying opportunities to improve services and provide customer efficiencies.

About the Role:

  • The role involves managing client activities on Trade & Working Capital facilities, mitigating risk in collaboration with internal stakeholders, and maintaining the overall customer relationship.
  • Seek new business opportunities for Trade & Working Capital by engaging with clients and their advisers, especially for key accounts.
  • Monitor Trade & Working Capital facilities to ensure the client's ongoing needs are met, approve annual reviews and increases, and drive the account management process for the portfolio.
  • Identify risks across the portfolio via client interactions and key risk triggers, and manage complex stakeholder relationships and provide coaching and support to colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualified with an understanding of International Trade rules and regulations, asset conversion cycles, accounting principles and conventions.
  • An energetic approach for business development and sales, with a focus on client relationships underpinned by a results-driven approach.
  • Prior experience in trade, invoice and receivables financing is highly regarded.
