Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of educators in the Plumbing, High Risk & Civil sector.

  • As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing the program area, including curriculum design and delivery, evaluation, and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end management of the program area, including identification and development of new training opportunities aligned to industry and community needs across the Gippsland region.
  • Development of high-performance teams focused on student success.
Leadership Qualities:
  • Ability to inspire and empower educators, manage change effectively, and build collaborative relationships across the organisation and with external stakeholders.
  • People-focused leadership style, creating a positive workplace culture where educators feel empowered to do their best work.
Requirements:
  • Relevant vocational qualification in plumbing, high risk or civil or related field (desirable but not mandatory).
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of teaching experience, with demonstrated experience in the development and delivery of training programs.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing teams, with a strong capability in mentoring, coaching, and performance development.
