Program Manager, Plumbing and Civil

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage a key leadership role within our Educational Delivery team.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our Plumbing and Civil portfolio through strategic people management and a strong commitment to excellence in education and training.

As a Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading a dedicated team of educators, fostering a positive, high-performance culture focused on student success.

Your leadership will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement, ensuring the delivery of high-quality training that supports strong student engagement, retention and achievement outcomes.

You will be responsible for end-to-end management of the program area – from curriculum design and delivery through to evaluation and quality assurance.

Additionally, you will identify and develop new training opportunities aligned to industry and community needs across the Gippsland region.

Your Experience and Qualifications:
  • Relevant vocational qualification in plumbing, high risk or civil or related field (desirable but not mandatory)
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of teaching experience, with demonstrated experience in the development and delivery of training programs
  • Proven experience in leading and managing teams, with a strong capability in mentoring, coaching and performance development
