Leadership Opportunity

TAFE Gippsland is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to take on a key leadership role position within our Educational Delivery team.

Job Description:

The Program Manager will play a pivotal role in leading a dedicated team of educators, fostering a positive, high-performance culture focused on student success.

Responsibilities include end-to-end management of the program area – from curriculum design and delivery through to evaluation and quality assurance. The Program Manager will also identify and develop new training opportunities aligned to industry and community needs across the Gippsland region.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Relevant vocational qualification in plumbing, high risk or civil or related field (desirable but nor mandatory)
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 of teaching experience, with demonstrated experience in the development and delivery of training programs
  • Proven experience in leading and managing teams, with a strong capability in mentoring, coaching and performance development
