Lead Plumbing Program Manager – High Risk Role

A dynamic leadership position has opened in our Educational Delivery team. We seek a highly experienced individual to take on a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Plumbing, High Risk portfolio.

The successful candidate will play a crucial part in leading a dedicated team of educators, fostering a positive and high-performance culture focused on student success. This leader will drive continuous improvement, ensuring the delivery of high-quality training that supports strong student engagement, retention, and achievement outcomes.

This is an exciting opportunity for a people-focused leader who can bring out the best in their team. You will inspire and empower educators, manage change effectively, and build collaborative relationships across the organisation and with external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end management of the program area, from curriculum design and delivery through to evaluation and quality assurance
  • Identify and develop new training opportunities aligned to industry and community needs across the region
Requirements:
  • Relevant vocational qualification in plumbing, high risk, or civil (desirable but not mandatory)
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years teaching experience, with demonstrated experience in developing and delivering training programs
  • Proven experience in leading and managing teams, with a strong capability in mentoring, coaching, and performance development
