Experienced Claims Professional

We are seeking a skilled Claims Specialist to manage claims from end to end. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months of experience in claims management, strong communication and people skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage claims including lodgement, assessment, decision-making, and payment
- Communicate effectively with internal clients and stakeholders
- Work closely with the Liability & Compliance team and Return to Work team
- General Administration
Requirements:
- At least 12 months of experience in claims management
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- A desire to learn and develop in the role
- Be available to work in a hybrid work model
