The Seafood Merchandising Representative plays a pivotal role in enhancing seafood capabilities within grocery store deli teams.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver hands-on training to store managers, deli managers, and deli teams on seafood species, merchandise standards, product handling, food safety, and customer service excellence.
- Monitor and support adherence to retailer standards, ensuring consistent execution of merchandising, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Analyse sales data to identify performance opportunities and implement targeted initiatives to drive commercial outcomes.
- Foster strong relationships with store managers and deli teams to influence positive results and encourage collaboration.
- Strong retail or deli operations background, ideally within seafood or fresh categories.
- Effective trainer and coach with excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- Commercial acumen with the ability to analyse sales trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Professional, resilient, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Part of a supportive National Sales Grocery team.
