This role is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven leasing expert to drive sales and revenue growth.
As a Leasing Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences that exceed expectations. This includes proactively engaging with potential residents, conducting site tours, and processing tenancy applications.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of success in residential leasing, high-end sales, or property management. They will have excellent communication skills, a passion for exceeding targets, and the ability to market and sell lifestyle experiences.
The successful Leasing Manager will be driven by a desire to deliver outstanding results and will be rewarded accordingly.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively engage with potential residents to understand their needs and present tailored leasing solutions.
- Conduct site tours and effectively communicate the value proposition of our premium luxury properties.
- Process tenancy applications and ensure a seamless leasing experience.
- Develop and execute leasing strategies to achieve maximum revenue per available unit.
- Build relationships with corporate leasing partners and relocation agents to generate leads.
- Monitor local market trends, pricing, and competitor activity to maintain competitive positioning.
- Provide leasing reports, insights, and recommendations to optimise pricing and incentives.
- A current, valid Agents Representative Licence or Real Estate Licence.
- Demonstrated experience in residential leasing, high-end sales, or property management.
- A proven track record of success in leasing up or selling residential units within a single development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, leasing software, and lead tracking tools.
- In-depth knowledge of residential rental markets and tenancy regulations.
- A competitive base salary and attractive commission structure.
