Leasing Consultant Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Leasing Consultant to join our team. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for conducting property inspections, showcasing properties to potential tenants, and building positive relationships with landlords and tenants.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conducting property inspections and showcasing properties to potential tenants
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Ensuring all leasing documentation and contracts are accurately prepared and processed
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Property Management or as a Leasing Consultant in the real estate industry (or a customer service facing role)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Exceptional customer service orientation and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with local real estate market and trends
