About the Opportunity

Our Sales team, based in Melbourne CBD, are currently seeking a Novated Leasing Specialist to join them. This is an in-office role, not available as a hybrid opportunity. In this position you will…

Report to the Leasing Team Leader. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Consult with clients: Provide advice on novated leasing and address inquiries.
  • Build relationships: Develop sound relationships with clients, dealerships, and partners for lead generation.
  • Provide quotes: Offer precise and timely quotes tailored to client needs.
  • Process applications: Manage new lease applications, including document collection and liaison with finance companies.
  • Offer ongoing support: Assist clients throughout lease duration.
  • Stay up to date: Keep abreast of industry trends, products, and legislation changes for accurate client advice.
  • Deliver highly personalised service and care in the fastest response times imaginable. 4-hour response time to all inquiries.

About You

Other essential skills, experience, and qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail to accurately prepare lease agreements, financial documents, and other paperwork.
  • Exceptional customer service skills to provide personalised assistance and support throughout the novated leasing process.
  • Experience in client relationship management, including building rapport, identifying needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry is desirable but not essential.
