Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced geotechnical engineer to join our team and contribute to the delivery of innovative infrastructure, renewable, and development projects. As a senior or associate geotechnical engineer, you will play a key role in shaping the geotechnical aspects of our projects, ensuring best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in geotechnical engineering, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative attitude. You will be responsible for leading and overseeing geotechnical aspects of projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.
- Lead and oversee geotechnical aspects of projects, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Scope and deliver geotechnical projects or components, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Plan and supervise site investigations, including borehole drilling, in-situ testing, sampling, and monitoring.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in geotechnical engineering, civil engineering, or a closely related field (master's degree preferred).
- Chartered or professional engineer status (or eligibility) is highly desirable.
- Approximately 5-10 years of relevant geotechnical engineering experience, ideally in consulting, infrastructure, or construction projects.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a willingness to learn and grow.
