About our company, we have expanded significantly since 2012 with business units across Australia and New Zealand. We are passionate professionals providing quality geotechnical site investigation, analysis, and design advice to various sectors.
We are seeking an experienced Geotechnical Engineer, subject to qualifications. Key responsibilities include managing client relationships, assisting with business development, proposal writing, mentoring junior engineers, and providing Construction Phase support. The successful candidate will also have experience with temporary works.
This position can be based in Townsville, Rockhampton or Mackay.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil Engineering or Geology, at least 10 years of experience preferably in a geotechnical consultancy, and at least 2 years' experience in Australia. They must demonstrate experience in the preparation and review of written technical reports and client communications, as well as geotechnical design within rock and soil. Experience with Construction Phase Support and Temporary works is essential.

Requirements:
  • Civil Engineering or Geology Degree
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in a geotechnical consultancy
  • At least 2 years' experience in Australia
  • Demonstrable experience in technical report preparation and review
  • Geotechnical design experience within rock and soil
  • Experience with Construction Phase Support and Temporary works
