A renowned national health, safety, and occupational hygiene consulting practice with a strong presence in the Australian market is seeking a seasoned Senior/Principal Work Health and Safety Consultant to join their Sydney operations team.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in HSE consulting, specifically in fee-for-service models. They will be responsible for establishing a robust business development strategy and successfully securing new client projects within the NSW market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pursue and secure new HSE client projects through targeted business development efforts.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with industry leaders and key stakeholders.
  • Utilize your expertise to deliver high-quality services that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Collaborate with the Sydney office team to establish a strong presence in the local market.

Requirements:

  • No less than 5 years of experience in HSE consulting, preferably at a senior or principal level.
  • Diploma qualification or higher in occupational health and safety or occupational hygiene.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful HSE projects and developing lasting client relationships.
  • A natural communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
