Job Description: Senior Health Safety & Wellbeing Business Partner
You will report directly to the Head of Property and champion safety and risk for the Sydney location with a solution-focused approach. This leadership role involves working closely with multiple divisions across the business, influencing a strong culture, driving implementation of efficient HSEQ systems, risk management and proactive coaching across the business with regular communication with senior leaders.
Purpose of the Role
The purpose of this role is to embed change and progressive safety initiatives with a risk-based approach. You will need to drive performance and initiate solutions to complex issues.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Workplace Health & Safety or equivalent are required.
- Extensive experience in managing health, safety, environment and quality across complex, diverse businesses or locations is essential.
- A practical approach with strong knowledge of legislative requirements is necessary.
- You must be able to drive change and performance and initiate and develop solutions to complex issues.
- Ability to problem solve, use judgement and make appropriate decisions.
- Demonstrated change management skills through the use of systems improvement and engaging with stakeholders.
Estimated Salary
$140,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
