As a key member of our headwear and apparel team, we are seeking a detail-oriented Product Developer to join our Sports Business Unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creating and maintaining detailed tech packs in product lifecycle management systems for prototypes, salesman samples, and bulk production.
  • Reviewing digital and physical samples, making corrections in collaboration with sourcing teams.
  • Coordinating product approvals with teams and license holders, ensuring all designs meet strict league guidelines.
  • Managing product data across product lifecycle management and tracking systems, ensuring descriptions, colourways, materials, and delivery months are accurate and up to date.
  • Communicating daily with our sourcing team to resolve spec issues and maintain timelines.
  • Tracking progress against the Time & Action Calendar and updating project boards to keep stakeholders aligned and deadlines met.
  • Supporting proto reviews, ranging sessions, and ensuring smooth handover to production teams.

About This Role:

  • 1+ year of experience in product development and or production (headwear, apparel, accessories, or similar).
  • Knowledge of Australian and/or international sporting teams is beneficial.
  • Skilled in Adobe Illustrator.
  • Experience using PLM systems.
  • Technical knowledge of construction, fabrics, trims, and applications.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail when creating tech packs and managing data.
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, organised, and solutions-focused communicator.
