Job Overview

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our mobile and authenticated digital experiences, driving seamless interactions that boost member satisfaction and business outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the strategy, performance, and delivery of our mobile app and authenticated experience, ensuring customer-centricity and organisational alignment.
  • Develop innovative app features and experiences that drive engagement, adoption, and revenue growth.
  • Monitor digital product performance and insights, using data to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Harness industry trends and best practices to anticipate evolving member expectations and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Build strategic partnerships and influence senior stakeholders to secure investment for key digital initiatives.
  • Foster a high-performing team culture, encouraging innovation, agility, and accountability in a dynamic corporate environment.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record in mobile app strategy and delivery at scale, with measurable impact on engagement, customer satisfaction, and business growth.
  • 10+ years' experience in digital product leadership, spanning strategy, design, build, and optimisation.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at executive levels and drive cross-functional Agile teams in a DevOps environment.
  • Expertise in driving adoption, sales, and self-service through digital channels, leveraging native app development and digital platforms such as AEM and Salesforce.
  • A customer-first mindset, balancing strategic vision with operational excellence and experience in regulated services industries is advantageous.
