Job Opportunity – Design Engineer

We are seeking skilled design engineers to lead the development of complex mechanical systems for our upcoming process plant project. This role involves designing high-temperature, high-pressure equipment including reactors, heat exchangers, piping, and storage systems.

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • 10+ years' experience in process plant mechanical design (chemical, petrochemical, or energy sectors preferred)
  • Proficiency in mechanical design codes (ASME, API, AS/NZS)
  • Experience with high-temperature materials, cryogenic systems, and corrosion resistance
  • Proven track record leading mechanical design packages from concept through detailed design and delivery
  • Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams on complex projects

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing high-temperature, high-pressure process equipment
  • Designing systems for cryogenic applications and high-temperature service
  • Translating process flow diagrams (PFDs) and piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs) into detailed engineering drawings and specifications
  • Performing structural and thermal calculations to ensure mechanical integrity under extreme operating conditions
