Project Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our civil works projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing teams and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to guarantee a smooth and successful project delivery. This includes overseeing and managing the execution of civil works for BESS and Substation projects, developing and managing project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, leading and mentoring project teams to achieve project goals, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and quality assurance standards, and acting as the primary point of contact for clients, engineers, and other stakeholders.

The successful candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality and safety. A relevant qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is also desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the execution of civil works for BESS and Substation projects.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience as a Senior Engineer or a Project Manager on civil projects, ideally with experience in the energy or infrastructure sectors.
  • Strong understanding of civil construction methodologies, earthworks, and concrete structures.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality and safety.
  • Strong commercial administration and project financial management.
