Civil Infrastructure Development Lead

We are seeking a Senior Estimator to lead diverse civil projects from roads to rail and renewables.
- Lead complex civil projects from conceptualization to completion.
- Prepare and coordinate tenders for infrastructure projects across civil, drainage, rail, and renewables.
- Review project documents and identify scope, risks, and opportunities.
- Perform quantity take-offs and cost estimating from first principles.
- Liaise with stakeholders, subcontractors, councils, clients, and suppliers for pricing and scope.
- Mentor junior estimators and contribute to capability development.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Quantity Surveying.
- 5 years' civil estimating experience in the Australian market.
- Australian driver's license and general construction induction (White/Blue Card).
Preferred Skills:
- Expert estimation software.
- MS Project or P6 for programming.
- AutoCAD or similar for drawings.
- BoQ validation and first-principles estimation.
- Familiarity with TMR and council specifications.
- Strong stakeholder communication and negotiation skills.
