Lead Civil Infrastructure Professional

The City of Casey is seeking a skilled civil infrastructure expert to lead our road management plan compliance team. The successful candidate will oversee inspections, manage staff and contractor performance, investigate incidents, and contribute to strategic asset planning.

The ideal candidate will have a nationally recognised civil engineering qualification or significant relevant experience in civil infrastructure management. They will possess strong leadership skills, a commitment to community safety, and the drive to make a real impact in one of Victoria's fastest-growing regions.

  • Oversee proactive inspections of civil infrastructure assets in line with the city's road management plan.
  • Monitor and manage staff and contractor performance to ensure compliance, quality, and timely delivery of services.
  • Investigate incident reports and recommend corrective actions.
  • Develop and deliver regular compliance reports and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and systems.
