Coordinator Road Management Plan Compliance

As a seasoned civil infrastructure professional, you will lead a dedicated team in ensuring the safe, effective, and proactive management of our municipality's civil infrastructure.

  • Coordinate proactive inspections of all civil infrastructure assets in line with our Road Management Plan.
  • Monitor and manage staff and contractors to ensure quality, timely delivery of services.
  • Investigate incident reports and recommend corrective actions related to road infrastructure.
  • Develop regular compliance reports and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and systems.
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support strategic and operational outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Nationally recognised civil engineering qualification or significant experience in civil infrastructure management.
  • Proven experience leading teams and managing contractors within local government or infrastructure environment.
  • Strong understanding of road and asset management principles, including compliance with Road Management Plans.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, prioritising and delivering within set timeframes.
