Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager for Civil Infrastructure

Sales Engineer - Civil Infrastructure Role

This is a full-time role requiring interstate travel. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and providing technical expertise to support sales in Civil Infrastructure projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and provide technical support for sales in Civil Infrastructure projects.
  • Consult with clients to understand their specific needs, prepare product presentations, and collaborate with the engineering team to ensure the best solutions are provided.
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure and post-sales support.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in Business Development or Sales Engineering within the construction industry.
  • Strong problem-solving and consultative selling skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and project management tools.
  • Willingsness to travel as needed for client meetings and site visits.
