We are seeking a highly experienced Franchise Business Development Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop a designated group of Franchise Principals, driving business growth and success.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record in sales management, business coaching, and experience in meeting and exceeding sales objectives and targets. They will also have a good understanding of key drivers in the housing loan market, home mortgage lending, and financial markets.

- Lead and develop a designated group of Franchise Principals
- Conduct monthly business reviews to ensure compliance obligations are met
- Manage territory performance and work collaboratively with Franchise Principals to grow their business
