Join Surface Rescue as Our Business Development Manager

We're not just restoring surfaces — we're building a bold, national brand. Born from the merger of three successful Adelaide-based businesses (Superior Exterior, Ecocrete Resurfacing, and Express Epoxy Flooring), Surface Rescue is fast becoming the go-to name in surface restoration across Australia. We've got ambitious goals — including 2.5x revenue growth this year and franchising in the works — due to this we're looking for a confident, ambitious Business Development Manager to lead the charge and grow with us.

You'll work side-by-side with our founders, own the B2B growth function, and set the tone for how Surface Rescue scales across SA and beyond. Your ideas will shape our strategy, and your wins will define our future. You'll get autonomy, backing, and a real opportunity to grow into a national leadership role.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Securing new B2B clients (builders, developers, commercial property groups).
  • Re-engaging existing accounts and driving repeat business.
  • Attending site visits and client meetings.
  • Following up post-project to build long-term relationships.
  • Tracking pipelines and uncovering new opportunities.
  • Working closely with founders to shape sales & growth strategy.
What You'll Bring
  • 3–5+ years in B2B sales or business development.
  • Confidence working with builders, PMs, and decision-makers.
  • Strong relationship builder who plays the long game.
  • Self-driven, hands-on, and motivated by results.
  • Valid driver's licence — you enjoy being out in the field.
Based in Adelaide (Ridgehaven)
