**How will I help?**

As our new Franchise Field Manager with RAMS, you will play a crucial role in leading, developing, and supporting a designated group of Franchise principals in maintaining the Network Management Framework across Victoria.
- Key Responsibilities Include: _
- Conducting monthly business reviews in partnership with franchise principals to cover all core business disciplines to ensure all compliance obligations are met
- Leading the performance management of your territory and working collaboratively with Franchise Principals to grow their business and realise their goals
- Communicating and maintaining trust with all franchisees, and influencing their behaviours to adopt the franchisor's systems and policies

**What do I need?**

We expect you to have experience in a similar role within a fast-paced and diverse environment. You will have a strong track record of sales management, business coaching, and experience in meeting and exceeding sales objectives and targets.

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong working knowledge of a franchise operating framework with a good understanding of key drivers in the housing loan market, home mortgage lending, and financial markets. Building strong relationships comes second nature to you; your excellent communication skills mean you thrive working in parallel with cross-functional teams.
