The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for driving growth through strategic business development, implementing process improvements, and managing sales performance.

This position requires a skilled sales professional with experience in business development-led lead generation and pipeline management. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential new franchise target areas, increasing the number of offices and agents in allocated areas, and developing customized growth plans with key offices.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth
  • Manage sales performance and implement process improvements
  • Identify potential new franchise target areas and increase office and agent numbers

  • Influence business owners and agents to focus on continual improvement

Key qualifications include 5+ years of experience working in real estate as a sales leader or business owner, superior liaison, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, knowledge of modern real estate office systems and products, and business development experience desirable.
