Job Opportunity

This vacancy is for an experienced Construction Site Manager to join our team working on various projects located in Queensland, New South Wales, and Tasmania.

The core business of the company is to engage with multiple international role players in the healthcare sector to establish new business models for developing and importing healthcare solutions for Australia. We also identify, construct, renovate and establish medical practices, residential homes and commercial properties.

  • Buying materials for each phase of the project;
  • Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings;
  • Conducting quality and safety inspections;
  • Day to day problem solving and dealing with any issues that arise;
  • Liaising with clients and reporting on progress to staff and the public;
  • Maintaining quality control checks;
  • Monitoring build costs and project progress;
  • Motivating the workforce;
  • Supervising construction workers and hiring subcontractors;
  • Using specialist project management computer programmes;
  • Working on-site in all weathers, at clients' businesses or in a site office.

The successful applicants will have a level of skill commensurate with a bachelor degree or higher qualification OR at least five years of relevant construction site management employment experience.
